Policies

A deposit of $50 is required to hold an appointment. This deposit is applied to your session cost or is refundable should you need to cancel and comply with the cancellation policy.

We understand that circumstances can change unexpectedly, and we want to provide our clients with a hassle-free experience for scheduling a portrait session with us:

We kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment if you wish to cancel or reschedule

  • The deposit is forfeited for cancellations under 72 hours

  • Last-minute reschedule requests (under 72 hours) are treated the same as last-minute cancellations since they result in the same loss of rebooking availability.

  • To reschedule, you will be required to make a new deposit
